Order Processing Time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping may vary.  Please consult individual item descriptions for details.  Unless otherwise noted in the item description all orders will ship within 5-7 business days of the order date.

Return Policy

I do not accept returns or order cancellations.  All sales are final.  Exceptions will be made only if damage occurs during transit, and discussion will be on an individual customer basis.  That said, I do want you to be happy with your purchase!  If you have any questions or concerns please contact me by replying to your order confirmation email or through this website's Contact page.

Shipping

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.  Unless otherwise noted in the item description all orders will ship within 5-7 business days of the order date.  Made to order items may take up to 14 business days from the order date to ship. 

A note about shipping fees:

Recently, people have become accustomed to free or very inexpensive shipping.  In order to be able to offer that, small businesses like this one need to make up the difference elsewhere (usually by inflating their products' prices enough to cover the cost).  I have chosen not to do that, and instead I charge a shipping fee that accurately reflects what it actually costs to ship your order.  I use USPS Priority Mail because it is dependable and automatically comes with some insurance coverage.  All orders are shipped for a flat rate.  If you purchase multiple pieces in the same order your shipping fee doesn't change.  If the automatic insurance coverage is significantly less than the value of your order I cover the cost of added insurance without charging you the difference.
